| Got our family portrait taken on 29 July, because the Mummy went for an Estee Lauder makeover so since she was all dolled up, why not schedule a family shoot too? Not bad for a 1st attempt, though Mummy found it rather old fashioned. Glacier was a good sport but Baby Aurora was difficult to capture cos she was moving so much. | | |

| I realize writing an online journal like this needs effort and commitment. I wonder how long I can keep at it. I currently have no internet access at home. My hubby's notebook has died for quite some time. There are so many things we want to buy for the house so a computer would just have to wait for now. I feel so detached from the world without internet. Since I am active in some forums, I spend a lot of time catching up with postings when I am back in office, which of course is not a good thing for work. Well, I hope I can get a computer to use at home soon.
Glacier has been sleeping in his own room since he was born. Hubby and I thought that was a very good habit as most people i know have their little one sleeping with them, which makes couple time scarce and difficult. However, over the past 2 nights, Glacier seem to become more aware of his surroundings. He could be heard crying in the middle of the nite which was something rare for some time. I have been "spoilt" by his sleeping through the nite routine so I really feel tired and strained when he suddenly wakes up in the middle of nite again. Hubby is still not for the idea of letting him sleep with us, since we have cultivated a good habit for him to sleep by himself all this while so we shouldn't spoil that plan. I do wish to sleep with my baby many times though... but I know it's better for him to learn to sleep by himself.
Last nite he woke up after a short nap and I brought him into our room and we watched Amazing Race. Glacier actually fell asleep on our bed! We felt he might be hinting to us that he wants to sleep on our bed! | | |
